Are you selling short-term land?
We’re interested in land with planning permission, a planning application underway, or sites suitable for planning that don’t require promotion through a Local Plan. While we typically look for sites with the potential for at least 40 homes, we’re open to discussing different options.
Simply provide us with as much information as you can, and we’ll make you an offer to purchase your land. If you can’t share all the technical details right away, we may adjust your offer later. The speed of the sale will depend on the information available and your progress in the planning process.
Are you selling strategic land?
We’re interested in land that either needs to be promoted by a Local Plan or will need a planning application in the future. First up, we’ll pay to promote your land for development through the planning process. You can still use your land and we’ll cover the costs. Then when you get planning permission, we’ll make you an offer that’s based on you having land with planning consent.
