We are seeking a confident and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our energetic, customer focused team in our South West Sales team.  You will be based in North Devon, however you may be required to travel to other sites within a set proximity of your base,  for which the company mileage policy applies and a mileage allowance will be paid.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a professional service to all our customers with the aim of achieving sale and financial targets on allocated developments. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to enable you to build rapport with customers to understand their needs and requirements. These would need to include listening skills, questioning skills, empathy, product demonstration and closing skills.

Applicants will need to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the new homes industry and good knowledge of the legal procedure.

You will be expected to:

       •         Maximise profits by achieving new homes sales in line with agreed targets.

       •         Effectively manage the COINS database (for which training will be given).

       •         Respond to all enquiries – visits, telephone, and email effectively and in a timely manner.

·       Ensure all relevant information is accurate and up to date and have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently.

       •         Liaise with customers, solicitors, and estate agents,  etc on all aspects of construction, sales and progression.

       •         Provide weekly reports to management.

       •         Conduct market research and report accordingly.

       •         Ensure all paperwork and site administration is up to date and GDPR compliant.

       •         Maintaining presentation of show homes and sales arena, including off site signage.

       •         Contribute to Marketing and PR proposals.

       •         Hold weekly build meetings with the site team.

       •         Comply with the company H&S standards.

       •         Understand and act upon customer needs to maintain Company reputation.

       •         Have the ability to remain calm and professional when faced with difficult situations.

       •         Have the ability to communicate accurately at the same level of understanding with the customer.

       •         Good time keeping is essential and the ability to manage an electronic diary system will be needed.

       •         Experience of Lone working is beneficial.

·       Experience of delivering sales in the housing industry.

·       Exceptional customer service skills.

·       Excellent communication skills – verbally and written.

·       Must be resilient and show drive and determination to achieve your profitability targets.

·       Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

·       Computer literacy is preferable; however, training will be given.

·       Personal presentation is of the highest standard.

·       Flexible working pattern, must be able to work weekends and bank holidays.

   Hold a full driving license and have use of own vehicle for business travel.

·       Excellent time keeping.
