We’re there when you move in
Moving in day is a big day. But the weeks settling into your new home are just as important. That’s why we check in with you regularly over the first few weeks to make sure everything is ok.

Sometimes things go just wrong. And if they do, we’re here to help with that too. Whether it’s an emergency water leak or something that’s less urgent, we have the contact details you need to get it sorted.
If you think we’ve done something wrong, or treated you unfairly, we want to know about it. We always want the opportunity to make things right. And if you feel you want to put a formal complaint in writing, we have a clear procedure to ensure it’s dealt with the right way.
