Not that Knowle doesn’t have plenty to offer its residents. The village has a thriving community, with local groups like the Knowle Society, a Round Table, a Neighbourhood Forum, plus sports teams and Scouts and Guides groups. Knowle has plenty of national and local shops and businesses along its high-street and shopping precinct, including cafes, restaurants, and a Tesco Supermarket.

Knowle Church of England Primary Academy is currently rated as “Good” by Ofsted, and has an attached nursery. Arden Academy is a mixed secondary with a sixth form centre that also has a “Good” Ofsted rating.

Birmingham City Centre can be reached in around 30 minutes by car along the M42 and M6, whilst bus routes link to Solihull, with connections to Birmingham.
Of course, a house in a semi-rural setting offers fantastic access to green spaces and the West Midlands countryside. The village’s own Knowle Park is a large, well-maintained park with scenic views, a children’s play area, tennis courts, and a football field. A number of National Trust properties are in easy travel distance, like Baddesley Clinton and Packwood House, as are a range of golf courses, including Copt Heath Golf Club.
