It’s no surprise that Solihull is such an attractive place to live. With 15 schools in the area rated as “outstanding” by Ofsted, its popularity continues to grow amongst families with school-age children. Solihull is also blessed with fantastic transport links, with the M42 and M40 both passing on the outskirts of the town connecting it to Oxford and London. The train journey from Solihull railway station to London Marylebone takes around an hour and a half. Solihull is also the home of Birmingham Airport which offers many international flights to destinations including New York and Dubai.

The town is the historic home of Land Rover, with the Solihull Plant still operational today. Now owned by Jaguar Land Rover, it produces the Jaguar F-PACE, Land Rover Discovery, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport and Range Rover Velar.
