The Eden Project is also within an hour’s drive from St Austell making it perfect for a day trip. St Austell’s location close to the A30 and A38 means it is just 20 miles from Truro and under an hour away from Plymouth, with its international airport and ferry port. The town is also on the main railway line that links Truro and Falmouth to Plymouth and London. The capital can be reached in around four hours and 20 minutes.
