When will new plots be released?
Plot releases vary by development and build schedule. As soon as homes are ready to be reserved, we make them available through our sales team and website. If you’d like updates on upcoming releases, you can register your interest and be notified as soon as details go live.
What is included as standard in the property?
Each home comes with a carefully selected specification that typically includes:
- Contemporary fitted kitchen
- Integrated appliances where specified

- Energy‑efficient heating systems
- Double glazing
- Turfed front garden (location‑dependent)
Your local sales executive can provide a full, development‑specific specification. The majority of our homes feature our all-inclusive specification, meaning everything you need from day one is included in the price.

Can I view a show home or similar house type?
Yes. Most developments feature one or more show homes that demonstrate our design and build quality. Where a development does not yet have a show home, we will direct you to the nearest location with the same or similar house type.
Many of our developments also have ‘View Homes’, which are similar to show homes but are not fully decorated.
What is the reservation process?
To reserve a property, you will need:
- To pay a reservation fee (£500*)
- Proof of ID
- Mortgage in Principle (if applicable)
- Solicitor details
Once reserved, the home is held exclusively for you while legal and financial arrangements progress. Your sales executive will guide you through every step.
When will my home be ready?
Build timelines vary, but we provide an estimated completion date at the point of reservation. Throughout construction, the team will keep you updated on key milestones and progress.
Are incentives available?
From time to time, we offer incentives such as:
