First Reservations Taken at Successful Colyton Launch

The launch of our Maple Cross development of new energy efficient homes in Colyton, Devon, proved a huge success with five new properties being snapped up on the first day.

A stream of local people visited the development sales centre on Sidmouth Road to choose from the first releases of new properties, which include a range of three and four-bedroom family homes.

One of the first homes reserved was the four-bedroom, three-storey Foxton, one of our most versatile designs.

Featuring an open plan kitchen dining area, convenient downstairs WC, enhanced living area views and bathrooms on the first and second floor, this home is also ideal for working from home, with a generous first floor bedroom that could easily double as a convenient home office.

Also reserved on the opening day was the four-bedroom Hickory, a well-planned semi-detached home perfect for growing families, and three two-bedroom apartments.

All our homes at Maple Cross are designed with energy efficiency in mind and have undergone pivotal enhancements to embrace sustainable living. Maple Cross is one of the first of our new developments to utilise air source heat pumps, which unlike conventional boilers, harness ambient air to generate warmth, making them highly energy-efficient and environmentally friendly. We are also installing EV charging points across all homes on the development.

The homes also feature our new all-inclusive specification, with items such as flooring, fitted wardrobes and turfed gardens all included as standard.

Maple Cross will ultimately feature 72 new homes. Currently available homes range from £385,000 for a three-bedroom Coral design to £485,000 for the four-bed Foxton.
