Launch of All-inclusive New Homes in Preston

Developments

Our North West region has opened two new show homes in Barton, near Preston, which showcases our all-inclusive new homes specification

At Cardwell Park, on Garstang Road, all the properties feature fitted wardrobes to the principal bedroom; carpets and Amtico flooring throughout; fitted kitchen appliances, which include a dishwasher and a washing machine; oak finish doors; vanity units; drencher showers, and turf to both front and rear gardens.

Which means that buyers can simply move in without worrying about financing extra add-ons.

Wain Homes’ regional sales director, Andrew Blundell said: “We listen and act on what our customers tell us and want to make the whole process of buying a dream new home as easy and enjoyable as possible.

“We are really proud of the new show homes at Cardwell Park, and the attention to detail right across the development, and think visitors will appreciate the all-inclusive difference being offered.”

Two detached show homes are now open to inspire buyers – a five-bedroom Ash housetype and a four-bedroom Hazel – both designed to show the flexible space and clever design of a Wain home.

The Hazel epitomises open plan living with a generous kitchen dining area that features a large island unit perfect for sitting to chat and a dining area with doors out onto the garden.

The living room is classically proportioned again with doors out to the garden and features a built-in media wall with contemporary fireplace.

The colour palette mixes greys and abstract prints with rich creams, accented by taupe and coppers.

Upstairs the principal suite is a tactile haven with padded headboard across one entire wall, clever use of mirrors and lots of textures. Fitted wardrobes provide ample storage and the en-suite shower room is fully tiled.

Three more double bedrooms, one pretty in pink, another featuring monochrome Marvel wallpaper and the third a sophisticated guest room provide ample accommodation.

The family bathroom has an extra-large shower as well as a bath and the Hazel also has a handy downstairs cloakroom.

The Ash takes luxurious family living to another level and the interior design reflects the classic feel and proportions of a property which boasts two reception rooms as well as a study and even has its own larder.

Panelling features in most rooms, cleverly accentuating the space and defining the rooms.

The large living room at the front of the house is classically furnished in the palest of greys with accents of rich rust mixing with pine pieces.

Across the wide hallway the dining room has an elegant table set for six with wall panelling adding depth and character.

A wonderful feature of the ground floor is the oak Amtico flooring laid in a herringbone pattern which connects all the ground floor rooms giving a seamless flow.

The Ash has a dream kitchen / dining / family area which spans the entire back of the house and has bi-fold doors out to the garden.

Shown here in a contemporary green with white granite worktops, it provides ample preparation and cooking space and a breakfast bar for informal dining. The family space has been designed as a large sitting area with a TV which in turn leads into a separate study/office. The handy larder is shelved to provide optimum storage for kitchen staples.

At the other end of the kitchen is a large utility with access to the garden.

On the first floor the spacious landing leads to five bed bedrooms, a sophisticated principal room accented with deep burgundy with mirrored wardrobes and spacious en-suite shower room; a second bedroom suite showcasing natural textures, a funky teenage room with a striking splash of orange; a pretty room of pinks and pompoms and an adorable nursery.

The overall look of the Ash show home is one of quiet luxury and sophistication.

The show homes at Cardwell Park are open Thursday to Monday from 10am – 5pm and homes currently start from £331,950.
