Wain Homes Named UK’s Home Builder of the Year
Wain Homes has been named Home Builder of the Year at the Sunday Express Construction and Property Awards 2026.
The awards recognise standout performance across the UK construction industry, with winners announced at a ceremony in Manchester on 30th April, hosted by Janet Street-Porter.
Wain Homes was recognised for its consistent delivery across its regional business, with judges highlighting its focus on build quality, sustainability and customer experience, alongside its ability to respond to ongoing housing demand.
