WHAT IS THE NHS DISCOUNT?
The NHS Discount Scheme provides eligible NHS employees with up to £15,000 to support their move into a new Wain home. This new builds NHS discount can be used across a range of costs associated with buying a home, giving you greater flexibility and peace of mind during the moving process.
It can be put towards your deposit, Stamp Duty fees, legal and conveyancing costs, moving expenses, and optional upgrades subject to availability and agreement.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Who qualifies for the NHS discount?
You are employed by the NHS (including clinical and non-clinical roles)
You can provide proof of employment, e.g. a payslip or an email address
You are purchasing a new Wain home for yourself and your immediate family – no renting or investment

NHS Discount is subject to specific terms, conditions and eligibility criteria, which may be subject to change. This scheme is not available in conjunction with any other Wain Homes incentives or offers. The scheme is available to eligible NHS employees on selected homes at participating Wain Homes developments and does not included affordable homes. If you are an eligible buyer, Wain Homes will offer an incentive of up to £15,000 to support the purchase of your new home. The incentive can be allocated, subject to agreement, towards approved costs such as a deposit contribution, Stamp Duty Land Tax, legal and conveyancing fees, moving expenses and selected optional upgrades. Proof of NHS employment will be required, and the property must be purchased for your own residential use only.
