The first properties at our development of new homes in South Molton have been released for sale.
Wain Homes is building 187 new two, three and four-bedroom homes at the Molbrook development on land north of Nadder Lane which will also see us contributing £667,000 to education, public transport and medical services in the South Molton community.
Molbrook is the second Wain Homes development in South Molton, after we completed our popular Honeymead Meadow development further along Nadder Lane in September 2021.
