First Look Inside New Hyde Show Home

House hunters in Hyde looking for inspiration for modern family life are being invited to visit a new show home which has opened in the town.

Wain Homes North West has launched its four-bedroom Wren show home at the Carding Place development on Cartwright Street in Newton, with the interior designers presenting a ‘fun design with a luxury edge.’

Wain Homes is building 66 energy efficient new homes at Carding Place with the unveiling of the Wren show home the first opportunity people have had to see inside a property at the new development.

Beth Brassington, interior designer and stylist at Lifestyle Interiors, the company behind the show home design, said: “The Wren effortlessly showcases modern day family living.  With an extremely spacious lounge featuring bespoke wall panelling and wall-to-wall fitted smoked mirror, we were able to create a fun design with a luxe edge.

“The open plan kitchen dining space is perfect for family dinners and hosting for groups of guests, making this space the heart of the home.  The clean, crisp white kitchen and white marble dining table allow the feature palette of greens and umber to pop in this space.  The addition of a wall-to-wall bespoke shelf not only creates space for styling, but for additional storage in a home designed for family living.”

Crisp white finishes continue in the upstairs bedrooms with hints of the feature colours and bedroom three has been given a playful LEGO theme with bespoke wall panelling that is in keeping with the colour palette of the rest of the property.

Andrew Blundell, sales director at Wain Homes, said: “Overall, the Wren is a stylish, vibrant show home which is an inviting space for guests and a functional space for family life.

“The interest in Carding Place since its launch has been extremely strong, with people attracted to the development’s proximity to all the amenities Newton and nearby Hyde have to offer, but also the easy accessibility of Manchester city centre. Hyde is an area which offers house buyers much greater value for money and opportunities to own much larger properties whilst being so conveniently located.”

Prices of homes at Carding Place currently range from £289,950 to £479,950 and 27 new homes have already been reserved off-plan.

Wain Homes’ new show home is open for visitors Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm. For more information, visit our development page.
