Wain Homes has been shortlisted in three categories of the Insider South West Residential Property Awards 2023 - including a nomination for the prestigious title of ‘Housebuilder of the Year’.
We are also delighted that two of our contrasting developments have been singled out for praise in both the small development and large development of the year categories.
The Insider South West Residential Property Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of the region’s residential sector, recognising and rewarding those who have designed, developed and built the very best residential property over the past 12 months.
The awards culminate with the crowning of ‘Housebuilder of the Year’, with finalists judged on their design and range of homes, build quality, sustainability, positive impact on wider social amenities and business performance.
Our ambitious Mulgrove Farm Village development in Harry Stoke outside Bristol is a contender for Best Large Development while Saxon Meadows, a sensitive addition to the Cotswold village of South Cerney, is shortlisted for Best Small Development.
