Wain Group Re-brand Up For National Marketing Award

The re-brand of Wain Homes and Wain Estates has been well received by customers and property industry professionals and it has now caught the attention of the marketing sector.

Wain Group has been announced as a finalist in the prestigious Construction Marketing Awards (CMAs) 2022 in the category of ‘Best Branding and Positioning’.

The CMAs showcase the construction industry’s creativity, innovation and effectiveness in marketing and are endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Construction Industry Group.

Wain Group undertook an extensive internal engagement programme as part of the re-brand to identify the culture and values that are central to the Group’s activities.

This allowed us to define and articulate our purpose, mission, vision and values and inform the creative application of our new visual brand.
Laura Jarvis, Head of Marketing at Wain Homes, said: “What makes our re-brand truly special is that is was a project which involved everybody in the Wain team.

“It was a collaborative project even down to the final colour palette of our new branding and to be recognised in such prestigious national marketing awards is testament to the hard work and engagement of everyone within Wain Group.”

The overall winners of the CMAs will be announced at a gala dinner in London on 1st December and we hope to be bringing the winner’s award home to Wain!
