Wain Homes has been shortlisted in two categories of the Insider North West Residential Property Awards 2023, including a nomination for the prestigious title of ‘Housebuilder of the Year’.
Our Forge Manor development in Chinley is also a finalist in the ‘Housing Development of the Year’ category after impressing the judges with its quality of design and construction.
The Insider North West Residential Property Awards celebrate the remarkable achievements of the region’s residential sector, recognising and rewarding those which have designed, developed and built the very best residential property over the past 12 months.
The awards culminate with the crowning of ‘Housebuilder of the Year’, with finalists judged on their design and range of homes, build quality, sustainability, positive impact on wider social amenities and business performance.
