A housing development site manager from Alsager has been awarded the prestigious Seal of Excellence from the National House Building Council (NHBC), after being recognised for his outstanding work and consistent high standards in the delivery of new homes.
Martin Lally, who works at our Lawton Green development in Alsager, is celebrating having received the award as part of the NHBC’s Pride in the Job Awards 2023.
From an initial pool of around 8,000 site managers across the UK, candidates were assessed across six key areas to determine best practices in the field. Only 13 site managers from the North West were awarded the Seal of Excellence.
The Seal of Excellence is the second award for Martin this year, having earlier been one of only 443 site managers nationally to be given an NHBC Quality Award.
