Wain Homes West Midlands has been announced as a finalist in the Insider Midlands Residential Property Awards 2023 for the prestigious Deal of the Year category.
Our Land Team, led by Ben Osborne, worked alongside M7 Developments, Solihull Borough Council, DGL Associates, Travis Baker and Greenberg Traurig on the land purchase deal to bring forward a mixed-use development at The Green in Solihull.
The six acre scheme on Stratford Road in Shirley was the former Lucas and ZF headquarters site and will be one of the first developments for the recently established West Midlands region of Wain Homes.
The development will feature a range of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom homes.
