Residents of Kidderminster have the opportunity to enjoy green open spaces with a selection of parks in and around the town. The best of which is Brinton Park, which has recently undergone a £2.4million redevelopment. To really get out and explore nature, a trip to Habberley Valley Local Nature Reserve – and the Habberley Trail – is recommended. And for something a little closer to home, you can’t beat a stroll along the canal.

You can catch the direct train to Worcester in just 26 minutes, whilst the journey into Birmingham will take you around 45 minutes – both services run from Kidderminster station. If you head to Kidderminster Town station, you can hop on the famous Severn Valley Railway. A number of major A roads run into Kidderminster, connecting it with the rest of the Midlands. Birmingham Airport is also less than an hour’s drive from the town.
