Another notable inclusion is the Waste Water Heat Recovery System, which captures and repurposes heat lost during shower drainage. This technology pre-heats fresh cold mains water entering the home, alleviating the strain on your boiler and reducing the energy required to reach desired water temperatures. Our homes* are now equipped with Solar Photovoltaic Panels that harness the sun’s energy, converting it into electricity for household use.
