Incentives and Schemes

This page includes certain Wain Homes terms and conditions for our different incentives and schemes, home specifications and floor and site plans.

Please note in relation to all incentives and schemes our offers and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other Wain Homes offer and excludes shared ownership and discount market sale properties. Wain Homes reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw at any time and without notice (although our right to amend, alter or withdraw shall not apply in circumstances where we have already agreed that you are entitled to a particular offer or promotion).

£5,000 JOHN LEWIS VOUCHER

Offer available on selected plots on selected development only. The monetary value of the voucher is capped at £5,000. The voucher is subject to contract, plot availability, and cannot be combined with any other offers unless expressly agreed in writing by Wain Homes. The voucher will be presented after completion. No cash alternative is available. Wain Homes reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw at any time and without notice (although our right to amend, alter or withdraw shall not apply in circumstances where we have already agreed that you are entitled to a particular offer or promotion). DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION

This offer is available on selected developments and plots only and is subject to availability and lender conditions. Purchasers must contribute a minimum 5% deposit to qualify. The contribution by Wain Homes will be agreed upon reservation based on the listed sale price and will be deducted from the final completion statement. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development. The contribution will be per plot, not per named purchaser. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 12 MONTHS MORTGAGE CONTRIBUTION

Contribution per month towards your mortgage for 12 months. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development. Our mortgage offer is available on selected plots only. The promotion is limited to mortgage payments up to a maximum value of 5% of the listed sale price and will be deducted from the final account at legal completion. Wain Homes reserves the right to amend, alter, or withdraw at any time and without notice (although our right to amend, alter or withdraw shall not apply in circumstances where we have already agreed that you are entitled to a particular offer or promotion). Wain Homes does not provide mortgage advice. You should obtain advice from an FCA-authorised advisor if needed.

STAMP DUTY CONTRIBUTION

This offer is available on selected developments and selected plots only and is subject to availability and lender conditions. The contribution amount will vary by plot and by development and can be put towards Stamp Duty tax owed at time of purchase. Please speak to your Sales Executive for more information. The promotion is limited to a maximum value of 5% of the listed sale price, to be deducted from the total amount payable. If total amount payable is under 5% of the listed sale price no cash alternative is available for the difference. UPGRADES AND EXTRAS INCLUDED
