New Yelland Showhome Showcases Inclusive Specification

Our South West region has opened a show home in Yelland which showcases our new all-inclusive specification.

North Devon house hunters can now get their first glimpse of the interior of the Alder show home at Otters Reach on Yelland Road, where the official opening prompted no fewer than seven new home reservations in the first weekend alone.

All the properties at Otters Reach feature fitted wardrobes to the principal bedroom; carpets and Amtico flooring throughout; fitted kitchen appliances, which include a dishwasher and a washing machine; oak finish doors; vanity units; drencher showers, and turf to both front and rear gardens as standard.

Which means that buyers can simply move in without worrying about financing extra add-ons.

The interior of the three-bedroom Alder takes inspiration from the charming coastal village with its independent shops and businesses and the surrounding countryside with its many scenic walking and cycling trails.

Katy Moore, marketing manager of Show Business Interiors which fitted out the show home said: “We wanted to capture the easy rural nature of the location, imagining maybe a couple or family who enjoy exploring and walking the dog who want a retreat of soft neutrals and some classic touches.

“We also included some quirky features like the dog print wallpaper and fitted out one of the bedrooms suitable for a grandchild to stay over.

“It is a lovely house design, with great layout and we hope reflects a life well lived!”

Throughout the house lots of textures in the furnishings and fabrics create a tactile living experience and panelling to the lounge and bedroom walls creates a classic look.

The luxury neutral kitchen accentuates the spaciousness of the open plan kitchen/diner area which is light and airy thanks to French doors opening to the rear garden.

There is also a quirky touch in the downstairs WC, with cute dog motif wallpaper highlighting what a great location Yelland is for those who enjoy the outdoor life.
